30-Day Fat Burn Sculpt Challenge

Access codes for the 30-Day Fat Burn Sculpt Challenge are valid for 45 days from the date of registration. Upon expiration, access to all program content — including the workout calendar and guided videos — will be automatically revoked. Weekly Splits Program

Access codes for the Weekly Splits program do not have an automatic expiration. Expiration dates are set manually by Talu's Wellness based on the specific package plan purchased by the member. Members will be notified of their expiration date upon enrollment. Once the expiration date is reached, access to all program content will be revoked until a new package is purchased.

All workout videos, guided training content, calendar programs, and any other digital media provided through the Talu's Wellness Members Portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Talu's Wellness and its founder.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• —Recording, screen-capturing, or downloading any video content from the Members Portal.
• —Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any video content in any format.
• —Sharing, distributing, uploading, or re-posting any video content on any platform, including but not limited to social media, YouTube, or messaging applications.
• —Using any video content for commercial purposes or personal gain.
• —Allowing any non-member to view, access, or benefit from the video content.

Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of video content is a serious violation of Talu's Wellness intellectual property rights and may result in legal action. Membership will be immediately terminated without refund upon discovery of any such violation.

The workout programs, guided videos, and fitness content provided through Talu's Wellness are designed for general fitness purposes. Discretion is strongly advised.

Not all workouts are suitable for every individual. In particular, the programs offered by Talu's Wellness are not recommended for individuals who:

• —Have a severe injury or physical limitation.
• —Have not been cleared by a licensed physician or healthcare provider for physical activity.
• —Are currently under medical supervision for a condition that may be aggravated by exercise.

By accessing and participating in any Talu's Wellness program, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a qualified healthcare professional prior to beginning any exercise regimen and that you assume full responsibility for your participation. Talu's Wellness and its founder shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from participation in any program or use of any content provided through this platform.
